What products can help solve the problem, where can they be found, what are the benefits of each product, warranties, costs, where to buy and more are all researched.  This is basically the research time and most of it is done online.</p>
<p>Even with the research done online, the final purchase maybe completed off line.</p>
<p>But if your business is not online, you are at a great disadvantage.  During the discover stage, the researcher will probably start to determine where to buy and what to buy.</p>
<p>So this is your chance to become a finalist by having the answers the researcher is looking for and a product that meets their needs.</p>
<p>So as with the <a href="http://www.businessgrowingseo.com/buying-process-awareness/">awareness stage</a>, you need to have all of the information requested on you site and easily found.</p>

<p>Perhaps their car is starting to need a lot of repairs &#8211; I need a new car.  Their ice maker is only working some of the time &#8211; I need a new refrigerator.</p>
<p>No matter what the problem is, in this stage the person becomes aware of it.</p>
<p>And you as a online business owner can help people realize they may have a problem by blogging about the early signs of the problem.  The problem solved with your product.</p>
<p>So blog about the awareness stage, make it easy to find, create internal links to it and help more people realize they have a problem and you have a solution.</p>
