In addition to an easy buying process you need to have the benefits of purchase explained. The benefits of the product and the benefits of buying from you either online or off line.
Remember you have competition with the same or similar products. You need to point out the benefits of your products and the benefits of doing business with you. You know these benefits, just add them to your site and make them easy to find.
